Quality Inn Union City US 51

Rooms was clean and updated enough for us. Our hot water was very hot and plentiful. Our area was quite and well lit. Only reason for 4 stars is cosmetically a little rough but we stay on the inside not the outside. If travels bring us this direction again we would not hesitate to check in again. Thanks for the great night of rest.

Quality Inn is definitely worth the price. I always hate giving reviews like this because I am afraid of the better the reviews the more the price goes up but honestly they deserve it. The rooms are big, comfortable and clean. The outside premises are clean and well maintained. The staff are amazing and accommodating. We had tornado warnings and myself being from California was very scared. They let me hang out in the lobby which is very nice by the way on the couch with the TV the entire night. They made me feel like home and not alone. The breakfast was amazing. I have been to numerous motels and never had such an incredible tasting breakfast talk about hospitality Quality Inn is it. I will definitely be coming back to visit. 9.5 out of 10

Despite a system glitch where our dates got switched, they were very understanding and accommodating and fixed it quickly. We were able to stay when we wanted to and were very surprised by how clean the entire place was and how many options they had in the room. We have never been to a hotel that had full sized bottle shampoo, conditioner, and lotion as well as a hair dryer, tea/coffee maker, fridge and freezer, microwave, and iron and ironing board. They had so many other amenities that we didn't need but with an arcade connected, we exhausted ourselves with lots of fun playing bootleg games. Will definitely come back here whenever we are in the area.

Normally don't comment before I stay but, I have to tonight. I just checked in and the front desk understood the assignment. Did get her name but my card did go through cause I keep it locked. Instead of saying oh your card declined you got another card she said. Do you need to unlock your card. I stay a lot of places. First time someone knew h9w things work now a days. So for that great service at this hotel.. front desk on point.

Clean rooms, everything functioned well. The staff was friendly, and they went above and beyond for their continental breakfast (a hot buffet with rotating protein and eggs, maintained by a sweet lady who greets everyone in the morning). I would have given it 5 stars were it not for their guest laundry: One washer wouldn't rinse and wring out clothes properly, and one didn't work at all.

Staff was nice. EVERYTHING else was gross and crappy. The floors were not cleaned there were hairs all over. The bathroom looked like there was poop on the wall. Beds were uncomfortable and my bed smelled like sweat.

The staff is amazing especially Sharon. We were here for our family reunion & booked 2 rooms but when I got there my rooms were separated far apart. When Sharon found out my kids had the other room she kept looking til she found one close together, thank you. Also there was a wasps nest above their room as soon as I called maintenance they were here & wasps were gone un less than 15 min. This staff works very hard to help their guests have a nice time during their stay. We will be back again next year.

Staff was awesome. Room was large and inexpensive. Pool was clean. Arcade was fun. Breakfast was hot. Probably one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in and for half the price. Jacuzzi was large.
